Recently Artificial Intelligence reached to a level where solution finding processes resemble completely to solution finding processes of human beings. Virtual Solutions keeps advancing in the implementation of a process based on experience. The fundamental task is the implementation of advanced techniques in the programs in order to obtain Reasoning and Common Sense in the interaction processes with the user. Some areas of research where artificial intelligence is applied are natural language processing systems, decision support, machine learning and expert systems, among others.

The Natural Language, both written and spoken, is the main means of communication between humans. Therefore, the more we use the computer systems with which we interact constantly, it becomes more inevitable for these systems to try to understand our requests through dynamic conversations.

The Natural Language Processing does not only consist of recognizing syntactically the correction of a well-formed sentence in a certain language, but understanding the meaning of it. Therefore this is one of the most promising fields of the Artificial Intelligence.

Virtual Solutions provides an advanced technology that allows the Assistant to recognize and understand the meaning of the phrase that receives as an input in the context of a concrete problem. Once the meaning is understood, our Virtual Assistants reason and afterwards create a natural language text which is not established a priori. It means that our Assistants generate a Natural Language.
